FAQs

1. How long does it take to see results?
Most customers notice visible improvements within 4–5 days, depending on the severity of the flare-up.

2. How often should I apply the product?
For best results, apply 3–4 times per day or as needed based on your skin’s dryness.

3. Can I use it on my face and around my eyes?
Yes — our eczema products are gentle enough for the face and around the eyes.
Just avoid direct contact with your eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

4. Can I use this even if I don’t have eczema?
Absolutely! Our formulas deeply hydrate all skin types — even if you simply have dry or sensitive skin.
They absorb easily and won’t clog pores.

5. Why should I avoid direct sunlight after applying?
Some essential oils in our products can make skin more sensitive to sunlight (called photosensitivity).
We recommend avoiding prolonged sun exposure immediately after application to prevent irritation or sunburn.

6. Can I ingest or use this product internally?
No — our products are for external use only.

7. Is it safe for children?
Yes, for children ages 2 and up.
For younger children or special orders, contact us directly.
Always do a small patch test before regular use.

8. Is it safe to use during pregnancy?
While our products are carefully formulated with safe dilution ratios, we recommend:
– Doing a patch test first
– Consulting your healthcare provider if you have concerns

9. How should I store the product?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, to maintain freshness and effectiveness.

10. How long will one jar or bottle last?
A little goes a long way!
Depending on how often you apply, most customers find a jar or bottle lasts 4- 6 weeks with regular use.

11. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We’re proud to say that all of our eczema relief products are both vegan and cruelty-free — handmade with gentle, plant-based ingredients and always free from animal testing.

Our lip balms contain a small amount of beeswax to help seal in moisture. While they are not considered vegan, they are still cruelty-free and help keep your lips soft and moisturized.

Our scented body butters (for men and women) are made with plant oils and fragrance oils. We do our best to choose phthalate-free, skin-friendly fragrances. However, the vegan status of each scent may vary slightly depending on the source.

No matter what you choose, every Qurasoul product is handcrafted with kindness, quality, and care.
